The Meat Experts
And they were.
But i think the more appropriate name should have been "The Pork Experts" or "The Non-Halal Experts".
Why? Allow me, to the best of my vocabulary, lead you through the experience.
At the entrance, 5 liter sized Paulaners neatly lined up by the sides guides you into the restaurant. Immediately on your left is a refrigerator that hosts bountiful supply of salamis, obscenely huge spicy-looking chorizos, hams of sorts etc. But it doesn't end there.
On the immediate left, you are thrown aback by the variety of meat (mostly pork, but i can't be certain) laying before you; hardworking men stand behind the counter pounding and chopping fresh raw meat - adding more to the already full supply of comestibles - making you wonder, how in the world are they going to sell everything by the end of the day?!
Upon being seated, your sensitive senses start picking up a strong stench that lingers about you. You start sniffing. And at once, your nostrils are invaded by a combination of raw meat, cooked bacon, grilled sausages and everything else in between.
By the end of the day, if you stay longer than you should, your entire body (including your hair, clothes and underwear) would positively reek with the stench of P.O.R.K.
True story.
:P
I exaggerate but just a little. x)
In any case, i shall let the pictures do most of the talking:
RM 70!!! o.O
The Big Breakfast that originally cost: RM25 that we got (thanks to Groupon) for RM11. :D
Our very own version of the Up boy! xD
Grown up :')
In all honesty, the meal itself can be done on your own for a fraction of the original price. But lazy beings that we are, we rather fork out money to buy time rather than enjoying the time spent preparing such a lovely meal with love ones.
That aside, i must say that the menu (other than the Big Breakfast) had a variety of food we couldn't wait to try. Service was ... bearable. A 5/10.
So, verdict: would i go back again?
Hmm...without Groupon?
No.
